The Junior Development League, or JDL for short, is the Northern NSW Football talented player pathway for players U9 -12. The four-year program provides players with a firm footballing foundation in the core skills of Striking the Ball, Running with the Ball, 1v1 and First Touch. 

Players train two or three nights a week with trained coaches under my guidance as JDL Technical Director. Having joined VEFC from the 2023 Season onward "I have the ambition to make the Valentine JDL program academy standard the best in NNSWF.” Valentine FC JDL is a great pathway for talented young players in community football looking to develop as players towards NPL and Academy Football.
